Life requires that we push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and sometimes even jump, regardless of whether we play athletics or we’re just going to the grocery store. Exercise helps us with the skills we need to live a healthy and comfortable life.
Trainers at Live Long Fitness have been in industry for over 20 years.
We hold various certifications in PT, kick box, step, group fitness, kids fitness, triathlon coaching, heart rate training, yoga and tai chi — to name a few.
We have seen numerous trends come, go and come back. What we've learned is that every body requires something different, and you cannot force someone into a mold.
That is the very reason we do not offer just one exercise method.
Live Long Fitness is different from traditional workout methods for the following reasons:
- We offer various programs to accommodate your needs.
- We ask what you are looking for out of your exercise routine. What kind of goals have you set for yourself? You may not have any when you start and they just happen as movement begins.
- We do not prescribe exercise according to age; instead we assess you and work with you to the best of your ability.
- Our programs are geared towards small group training. We have had the most success with folks that work within a small group.
